Dreaming has always played an important role in the way I navigate my life. My dreams offer insight to my past, connect me with lost loved ones, and help me make sense of day to day issues that may arise.

 

Daydreaming is just as important. When was the last time you allowed yourself to intentionally drift without distraction? Our screens and busy schedules make it so easy to stay distracted, or rather, disconnected.

 

I wanted to name my business Reverie because of the beautiful, albeit sometimes peculiar messages that come through during sessions. I believe Reverie is the space we play in during our time together, and where some important connections on a healing journey can be made.

 

Daydreaming gives space for creativity to bloom, a chance to clear the mind, a pause to listen to the whispers of our bodies, and hear the answers that dwell within.
